The video installation features a voiceover and two projections: a 3D architectural animation of a pavilion and a series of photographs, maps, screenshots, and illustrations. Initially commissioned in 2010 to design a semi-permanent pavilion for The Bijlmer Art International, the project was disrupted when the event was cancelled in 2011. The work now serves as a critical contextualisation and amplification of the unrealised project.
